DTAL Conference 2024

Teacher retention is a challenge and the nationwide shortage does not make staffing easy for anyone. This session will present the challenge that nation is facing and engage educators in self-reflection that helps participants mitigate and regulate their risk for burnout.  Open and candid discussions about school culture and well-being will help attendees recognize and manage stressor they face so we can keep excellent educators in the field.
