During this session, participants will learn about unique and engaging ways to use coding to create a diverse learning experience for primary students. Participant will have an opportunity to try out some student-centered tech activities and brainstorm ideas for using these tools in their own classroom. This session will meet goals 1 and 3 of Compass to 2025 by promoting educational excellence and encouraging students to take ownership of their learning. Highlighted centers and activities will include number line addition and subtraction with Beebots/Code and Go mice, part-part-whole with Spheros, and more! The focus will be on math, but the activities can be applied to a wide range of topics!
